Obstetrics
- High volume of deliveries—there are approximately 3,000 births annually at Methodist Hospital and residents participate in some way with the majority of these; our residents deliver an average of 200 infants prior to graduation
- Residents handle labor management and deliveries under supervision of obstetricians and family physicians
Sports Medicine
- Sports medicine rotation includes sideline coverage and training room experience for high school and Division II college sports
- Participating site for Hennepin County Medical Center/University of Minnesota sports medicine fellowship
Community Health
- Clinic population is both socioeconomically and culturally diverse
- Residency program is active in the community and provides care to underserved populations including a free pediatric/adolescent clinic
