Curriculum
- Daily noon conference—over lunch each weekday, residents and faculty gather for presentations from a specialist, faculty member, resident, or other guest speaker. Talks cover a broad range of primary care, specialty topics, psychosocial issues, and teaching cases from the residency inpatient service.
- Diverse and thriving family medicine clinic; busy inpatient family medicine service.
- Unopposed status with Park Nicollet and Methodist Hospital provides abundant opportunities for learning.
- Strong first-year on-call experience providing house coverage and code responsibility with preceptor backup
- Geriatric longitudinal curriculum includes providing nursing home care.
