It is taught by PHS and other Family Medicine and Community Health faculty and is under the direction of Eli Coleman, PhD. On occasion, guest lecturers from other Medical School departments have been invited to lecture in this course.

Family Medicine residents can also rotate through PHS as a clinical elective. This course is under the direction of Eli Coleman, PhD. One to two residents can be accommodated at any given time.

PHS offers a number of other graduate-level academic courses in human sexuality. In addition the faculty are frequently invited to offer lectures for noon conferences and to lecture for other graduate education courses.
