Walter Bockting, PhD
 Professor Program in Human Sexuality Expertise Gender identity, transgender health, HIV prevention Education PhD, Vrije Universiteit Bio Bockting is coordinator of of transgender health services at the Program in Human Sexuality. His research interests include transgender and transsexual health, intersexuality, gender identity development, and sexuality and the Internet. He has published a number of scientific articles and edited five books, most recently Guidelines for Transgender Care. His research has been funded by AmFAR, the Minnesota Department of Health, and NIH. Bockting is a fellow and past president of the Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality and past president of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.
