- Graduated from an LCME-accredited medical school within the last eight years
- Passed USMLE Step 1 and 2 or COMLEX exams within two attempts per exam
Mankato, Methodist, North Memorial, Smiley's, St. John's, and St. Joseph's - U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for a J-1 visa
- Graduated from medical school within the last five years or worked as a physician within the last three years
- Minimum of one year of U.S. clinical experience or rotations
- Maximum of two unsuccessful attempts on all USMLE exams
- Able to complete USMLE Step 3 within five years of passing USMLE Step 2 (CK)
- ECFMG certified
- Current international medical school students certified by residency start date
- Past international medical graduates certified for interview selection
St. Cloud - U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
- Graduated from medical school within the last eight years or have worked as a physician
- Verified clinical experience in the U.S.
- Passed USMLE Step 2 Clinical Skills within two attempts
- Passed all other USMLE or COMLEX exams within three attempts per exam
- Able to pass USMLE Step 3 within five years of passing USMLE Step 2 (CK)
- ECFMG certified
- Current international medical school students certified by residency start date
- Past international medical graduates certified for interview selection

Couples Matching All eight programs will consider couples match applicants. Submit Off-cycle or PGY-2 Applications Applicants must meet the above criteria to be considered for possible off-cycle or PGY-2 positions.
