Third-year UMN medical students and visiting/rotating MD/DO students are invited to visit with family medicine faculty and residents, following the UMN Medical School's required residency informational full-day meeting. Food and beverages will be provided.

The two- to three-day Rural Observation Experience for first- and second-year medical students offers the opportunity to shadow a rural family physician and see first-hand the rewards and challenges of a rural practice.
